About Me In Contrasts
Interesting things about me:
I’m a 30-something CEO of a venture capital funded media company in Vietnam. Our website is also one of the largest web communities in the country. But at the same time, the economic downturn could either be our biggest blessing or our biggest hurt. I could very well be the Josh Hartnett character in the 2008 movie August.
I also happen to be co owner of a international model agency out here as well. So I get to hang out with different Russian, Czech, Brazilian models. On the flip side, the only girl I want to be with is not a model, and with the current situation, it can’t happen.
I’ve been out in this country for exactly 2 years today. Created a few million in company valuation on paper; but yet I probably only have $1k left that liquid. Just like that character in August.
My housemate and friend who got me to come to this country is also one of the biggest male celebrities out here. He struggles with me and also is at crossroad; do it big here, or try for Hollywood.
From the outside, a lot of people are envious and even jealous of our lifestyle. But from our viewpoint, we’re probably more lonely than most, and have more stress than any of those people can ever imagine.
